- What are your hours of operation? 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday-Friday.
- What is the turnaround on 4 color jobs? 7 to 10 working days.
- Do you deliver? Yes, we do deliver to the DFW metroplex or ship UPS out of town.
- Do you have in-house design capability? Yes!
- Will I be able to see a proof before my item is printed?
Yes - there are several methods of proofing for content, layout, design and color. It is at this point that you, the customer, has the opportunity to make corrections or changes to the item before it is actually committed to press.
- Does the "turn around time" begin when I give you the order or when I sign off on the proof?
The 7 to 10 days actually does not begin until we have received the proof approval back from you.
7 to 10 days is a benchmark by which we schedule, however, many jobs are completed in less time.
